Kendall State Bank welcomes you to our bank, Once we have received your online application, we will verify your personal information using an outside reporting service(s) i.e. Credit Bureau / ChexSystems. The bank maintains its right to refuse any new account request for any reason, including but not limited to, any reasonable cause, incomplete or inaccurate information. Under normal operating conditions, this underwriting and verification process is typically completed within 48 hours. 
Once this step is completed, a new account packet containing all necessary account agreements and disclosures is assembled. The new account packet is mailed within 7-20 days of your original application date. For any account, it is not necessary to mail your opening deposit until you have received your new account packet. This packet will include a business reply envelope - use this envelope to return your initial deposit and signed return documentation to us.
**For CD customers, we understand your need for timely processing. Should you wish to wire funds to us immediately, do so only after you have completed the online form and called Kendall State Bank for further instructions.
